Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Mines Safety and Inspection

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Regulation 3.47 amended

1995* is amended by inserting after "(TAFE)" the following —	Regulation 3.47 (4) (b) of the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations

or, if an application for the certificate is made within 12 months after Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997, the diploma of mining surveying the coming into operation of the Mines Safety and Inspection
