Mines Safety and Inspection Amendment

Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

Regulations 1995.

These regulations are the Mines Safety and Inspection
Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Mines Safety and Inspection Amendment Act 2014 Part 2 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Mines Safety and Inspection

1974 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5 June 2015

4.            Regulations 2.2 to 2.4 deleted

Delete regulations 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4.

5.            Schedule 1 deleted

Delete Schedule 1.
