Mines Safety and Inspection Amendment

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Mines Safety and
Inspection Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations 1995*•

3.            Regulation 3.34 amended

Regulation 3.34(1) is amended by deleting "under Part 3 of and inserting instead -

or engaged under

4.            Regulation 6.14 amended

Regulation 6.14 is amended by deleting the subregulation designation "(1)" before "A person".

5.            Regulation 6.22 amended

Regulation 6.22(b) is amended by inserting after "carried" -
