Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations ma be cited as the Mines Safety and Inspection

Amendment Regulations 19J6.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on the day on which Part 3 of the

Occupational Safety and Health Legislation Amendment Act 1995 comes into	operation.
Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations 1995*
are referred to as the principal regulations.
