MINES REGULATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Mines Regulation Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1991.
Regulation 3.12 amended
2. Regulation 3.12 of the Mines Regulation Act Regulations 1976* is amended

by deleting "of $20.00" and substituting the following-

" determined by the Minister ".
