2 Mines Regulation (Inner City Railway Tunnels) No. 515, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mines Regulation (Inner City Railway Tunnels) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Repeal of order in council 2. The order in council made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 16 March 1991 at page 1448 is repealed. ˙ Act to apply to inner city railway tunnel excavations 3.(1) The Act applies to— (a) the Roma Street tunnel excavations between the Albert Street portal and the Turbot Street portal; and (b) the Brunswick Street tunnel excavations between the Creek Street portal and the Barry Parade portal; and (c) places intended for use in connection with those excavations. (2) The excavations and places mentioned in subsection (1) are shown on the following drawings 1 — (a) drawing no. 1347–P–746 dated April 1990, Connell Wagner, Queensland Railways, duplication of inner city tunnels, overall project key plan; (b) drawing no. 1347–P–747 dated April 1990, Connell Wagner, Queensland Railways, duplication of inner city tunnels, construction of 2 tunnels Central Station to Brunswick Street Station worksite areas—plan; (c) drawing no. 1347–G–606 dated 11 January 1993, Queensland Railways, duplication of inner city tunnels, tunnels Roma Street Station to Central Station, Brisbane General—Turbot Street portal worksite; (d) drawing no. 1347–G–603 dated 3 February 1993, Queensland Railways, duplication of inner city tunnels, tunnels—Roma Street 1 The drawings are available for inspection at the Department’s Head Office, 61 Mary Street, Brisbane.
