s1 2 s3 Mines Regulation (Exemption) (No. 1) No. 316, 1999 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mines Regulation (Exemption) Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this regulation— “mine” means the Isa Mine, on mining lease 8058, of Mount Isa Mines Limited ACN 009 661 447. “site” means the part of the mine known as the Queensland Rail Balloon Loop, located on land within Mount Isa Mines Limited’s mining lease 8058 and outlined in red on Queensland Rail drawing N10035 held by the department. 1 ˙ Exemption—Act, s 6(3) 3.
