s1 2 s3 Mines Regulation (Exemption) (No. 1) No. 131, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Mines Regulation (Exemption) Order (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Definition 2. In this order in council— “mine” means the Mount Isa Mines Limited's Isa Mine on mining lease 8058. “site” means the part of the mine known as the Mount Isa Terminal Reservoir, located on land within Mount Isa Mines Limited’s mining lease 8058, and outlined in red on Mining Plan 37015 held by the Department. 1 ˙ Exemption—Act, s 6(3) 3.
