s1 2 s2 Mines Regulation (Exemption) (No. 1) No. 34, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Mines Regulation (Exemption) Order (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Exemption 2.(1) This section applies to the part of the mine on the land covered by mining lease 90077 under the Mineral Resources Act 1989 . 1 (2) The part of the mine mentioned in subsection (1) is exempt from the Act. 2 ENDNOTES 1.
