No. 6 of 1965.

AN ACT to amend the Mines Regulation Act,

1946-1961.

[Assented to 15th September, 1965.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Mines Short title

Regulation Act Amendment Act, 1965. and citation.

(2) In this Act the Mines Regulation Act, igErittoeAte

1946-1961, is referred to as the principal Act.	Reprinted
Acts.

(3) The principal Act, as amended by this Act, Eieireelt

may be cited as the Mines Regulation Act, 1946-1965. or, 961,

amended by

Act No. 75

of 1961.

amended. 2. Section fifty-five of the principal Act is

amended

(a)	by substituting for the word, "fifty" in line five, the words, "one hundred"; and
(b)	by substituting for the word, "ten" in the last line, the word, "twenty".
