AN ACT to amend the Mines Regulation Act, 1906-1938.

[Assented to lath October, 1945.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Mines Regulation Act

Amendment Act, 1945, and shall be read as one with the

Mines Regulation Act, 1906-1938 (Act No. 36 of 1906 as

reprinted in Volume 1 of the Reprinted Acts of the Parliament of Western Australia), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment

2.

Section sixty-five of the principal Act is amended
