AN ACT to amend section fifty-five of the Mines Regu-

lation Act, 1906.

[Assented to 31st January, 1939.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Mines Regulation Act Amendment Act, 1933, and shall be read as one with the Mines Regulation Act, 1906 (No. 36 of 1906), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
