1. Citation
(a) Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2021. These regulations are the Mines and Petroleum Regulations
Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2021.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
