[A ssented to 10 th A pril , 1957.] B E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title. 1 (1.) This Act may be cited as “ The Miners' Homestead Leases Acts Amendment Act of 1957.” ActncipaI (2.) “rThe Miners' Homestead Leases Acts, 1913 to c' 1951,” are herein referred to as the Principal Act. titieCCtive (3.) The Principal Act and this Act may be 1 e’ collectively cited as- “ The Miners' Homestead Leases Acts, 1913 to 1957.” 2.
