| Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative authority of the same, as follows :— | HE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the |
1. This Act may be cited as the " Miners' Accident lielicf
(Validating) Act, 1904," and shall be read as one with the Miners'
Accident Belief Act, 1900.
2. All officers of the Board appointed before the commencement
of this Act without the recommendation of the Public Service Board shall be deemed to have been duly appointed under and in accordance with the provisions of any law at the time of such appointment in force relating to appointments to the Public Service.
| 3. All acts done by any committee for a mine purporting to have been appointed under the provisions of the Miners' Accident Belief Act, 1900, before the commencement of this Act, which could lav fully have been done by a committee duly constituted under the provisions of such Act, are hereby validated, and all such committees shall be and shall have been deemed to have been appointed under and constituted in accordance with the provisions of that Act. | Act |
