Regulations 2000
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase
certain fees and rentals under the MineralResources Development Act 1990.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 124 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 30 June
2000.
4. Increase in fees for information
In regulation 302 of the Mineral Resources
(Titles) Regulations 19911
(a)
in sub-regulations (1) and (4), for "$16" substitute "$17"; and
Mineral Resources (Titles) (Fees and Rentals) Regulations 2000

(b)
in sub-regulations (2) and (3), for "$5.50" substitute "$5.60".
5. Schedule 20 substituted
For Schedule 20 to the Mineral Resources (Titles)
Regulations 1991 substitute
