2 Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 276) No. 346, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 276) Order 1992 . ˙ Definitions 2. In this order in council— “Restricted Area 276” means the land on Block Identification Map, Series B in the office of the department, within— (a) sub-blocks p, t, u, x, y and z, block 2944; and (b) sub-blocks f, l, q and v, block 2945; and (c) sub-blocks b, c, d, e, g, h, j, k, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, v, w, x, y and z, block 3016; and (d) sub-blocks a, b and c, block 3088. ˙ Restrictions on grant 3. The grant, and the making of an application for a grant, of— (a) a prospecting permit; and (b) a mining claim; and (c) an exploration permit; and (d) a mineral development licence; and (e) a mining lease; in relation to land within Restricted Area 276 is prohibited. ˙ What applications are not affected 4. Section 3 does not affect the grant of a permit, claim, licence or lease mentioned in that section on an application made before this order in council commenced.
