2 Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 275) No. 345, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 275) Order 1992 . ˙ Definition 2. The grant, and the making of an application for a grant, of— (a) a prospecting permit; or (b) a mining claim; or (c) an exploration permit; or (d) a mineral development licence; or

4 Mineral Resources (Restricted Area 275) No. 345, 1992 (e) a mining lease; in relation to land within Restricted Area 275 is prohibited. ˙ What applications are not affected 4. Section 3 does not affect the grant of a permit, claim or licence mentioned in that section on an application made before this order in council commenced. ˙ Repeal 5.
