2 Mineral Resources (Mount Isa Mining District) No. 268, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Mineral Resources (Mount Isa Mining District) Order 1992 . ˙ Constitution of mining district 2. The land within the boundaries of the local authority areas (constituted under the Local Government Act 1936 ) set out in the Schedule constitutes a mining district. ˙ Name of mining district 3. The name of the district is the Mount Isa mining district. ˙ Repeal 4. The order in council made in relation to the Mount Isa mining district and published in the Gazette on 28 September 1991 at page 380 is repealed.
