I make the following order under section 116 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .11 December 2003

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Fossicking Areas) Amendment Order 2003 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Mineral Resources Development (Fossicking Areas) Order 1996 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fossicking areas) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting "lines on Plan No. 3672" from Part 6 and substituting "lines, excluding the area identified as Lune River Fossil Site, on Plan No. 6343". 5Schedule 2 amended (Plans) Schedule 2 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting Part 6 and substituting: PART 6Lune River fossicking area
