The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
certain fees under the Mineral Resources

Development Act 1990.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 124 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 30 June

2000.

4. Increase in fees

In the Mineral Resources (Certification of Mine

Managers) Regulations 19911

(a) in regulation 10, for "$194.50" substitute "$201"; and

Mineral Resources (Certification of Mine Managers) (Fees)

Regulations 2000 S.R. No. 56/2000

(b) in regulation 15, for "$32.50" substitute "$34".
