The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the regulations classifying mines for the purposes of mine manager certificates.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 124 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations the Mineral Resources
(Certification of Mine Managers) Regulations

19911 are called the Principal Regulations.

4. Classes of mine

Part 5 of the Principal Regulations is revoked.

In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations for

"Regulation 17" substitute "Regulation 18";
