s1 2 s4 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 9) No. 403, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 9) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 . ˙ Insertion of new s 11.17 3. After section 11.16— insert — ˙ ‘ Numbering and renumbering of regulation ‘ 11.17 In the first reprint of the regulation produced under the ReprintsAct 1992 , section 43 (Numbering and renumbering of provisions) of the Reprints Act 1992 must be used.’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 5 (Restricted areas) 4. Schedule 5, Part 2, Restricted areas— insert— ‘ Restricted Area 294 Bourke Block Identification Map 8 sub-blocks ‘ Land included in restricted area ‘ 1. The land in the following blocks and sub-blocks is included in the restricted area— Block Sub-block 768 v. 839 d, e, h, j, k.
