2 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 9) No. 277, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 9) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 4 October 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 5 (Restricted Areas) 4. Schedule 5, Part 2, Restricted Area 126— omit, insert— ‘Restricted Area 126 Townsville Block Identification Map 29 sub-blocks ˙ ‘Land included in restricted area ‘1. The land in the following blocks and sub-blocks is included in the restricted area— Block Sub-block 3361 g, h, j, k, m, n, o, p, r, s, t, u, w, y, z. 3362 f, g, l, m, q, r, v, w. 3433 e. 3434 a, b, f, g, m.
