This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 . ˙ Amendment of s 68 (Entry of transmission by death without probate or administration) 3.(1) Section 68(1), after ‘mining claim,’— insert— ‘exploration permit,’. (2) Section 68(2), after ‘mining claim,’— insert— ‘exploration permit,’. ˙ Amendment of s 69 (Request for entry of transmission by death without probate or administration) 4.
