s1 2 s4 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 5) No. 199, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 5 (Restricted Areas) 4. Schedule 5, Part 2, Restricted Area 156, clause 2— omit, insert— ‘ Restrictions that apply ‘ 2.(1) Restrictions 5(2) to (5) apply. ‘ (2) An application must be referred to the Queensland Electricity Commission.’.
