s1 2 s3 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 4) No. 241, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 . ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Restricted areas) 3.(1) Schedule 4, part 2, restricted area 206, heading, ‘2 439’— omit, insert— ‘2 442’. (2) Schedule 4, part 2— insert— ‘ Restricted area 295 Torres Strait Block Identification Map 26 sub-blocks ‘ Land included in restricted area ‘ 1. The land in the following blocks and sub-blocks is included in the restricted area— Block Sub-block 2212 v, w, x, y. 2283 e, k, p. 2284 a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, j, k, l, m, n, o, p, q, r, s, t. ‘ Restrictions that apply ‘ 2. Restriction 1 applies.’.
