Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the MineralResourcesRegulation 2003. 3 Insertion of new pt 13, div 7 After section 94— insert— ‘Division 7 Transitional provision for Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 ‘95 Transitional provision for sch 7, definition authorising document ‘(1) This section applies if— (a) before the commencement, the Governor in Council has granted a mining lease; and (b) immediately before the commencement, an instrument has not been issued for the mining lease. ‘(2) The unamended provision continues to apply to the mining lease as if the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2012 had not been made. ‘(3) In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. unamended provision means schedule 7, definition authorising document , paragraph (d)(ii) as in force before the commencement.’.
