s1 2 s4 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 3) No. 252, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 . ˙ Insertion of new s 57A 3. Part 10, before section 58— insert— ˙ ‘ Prescribed class—Act, s 342(1)(c) ‘ 57A. The class comprising any person— (a) to whom a function of the Minister under a provision of the Act set out in schedule 3 has been delegated; and (b) who has been approved in writing by the Minister to exercise the powers under section 342; 1 is prescribed for section 342(1)(c) of the Act.’. ˙ Insertion of new sch 7 4. After schedule 6— insert— 1 Section 342 (Powers of mining registrars and others)
