This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 . ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Restricted areas) 3. Schedule 4, part 2, restricted area 279, section 2(2)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) However, restriction 1(3) does not apply to land mentioned in an application for an exploration permit for coal made under the Release Information Document for Restricted Area 279. 1 ’.
