s1 2 s6 Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 2) No. 29, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 18 June 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the MineralResourcesRegulation 2003. 4 Amendment of s 18 (Conditions of mining lease) Section 18(c), after ‘restrained;’— insert— ‘and’. 5 Amendment of s 37 (Concessional royalty for particular prescribed minerals) Section 37(2), ‘or 35’— omit. 6 Amendment of sch 3 (Restrictions on grant) (1) Schedule 3, part 42, section 3(c), ‘30955’— omit, insert— ‘MP30955’. (2) Schedule 3, part 43, section 3(c), ‘30971’— omit, insert— ‘MP30971’. (3) Schedule 3, parts 191, 192, 196 and 197— omit.
