s1 2 s4 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 2) No. 137, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 3 May 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990. ˙ Amendment of Sch 5 (Restricted Areas) 4. Schedule 5, Part 2, Restricted Area 183— omit, insert — ‘ Restricted Area 183 Brisbane, Charleville and Rockhampton Block Identification Maps 436 sub-blocks ‘ Land included in restricted area ‘ 1.(1) The land in the following blocks and sub-blocks within 50 m of the centre line of the State Gas Pipeline between Gladstone and Wallumbilla is included in the restricted area— Brisbane Block Identification Map Block Sub-block 11 u, x, y, z. 12 c, d, h, l, m, n, q, r. 81 p, s, t, u, w, x. 82 d, e, f, g, h, j, k, l, m. 83 a, b, c. 151 p, t, u, x, y, z.
