2 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 2) No. 108, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.1.5 (Forms) 3. Section 1.5— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Forms ‘1.5(1) The prescribed forms for the purposes of the Act are the forms approved by the Minister. ‘(2) A person may request the chief executive to give the person a document setting out a form approved under subsection (1). ‘(3) The chief executive must promptly comply with a request under subsection (2). ’. ˙ Omission of Schedule 2 (Forms) 4. Schedule 2— omit . ˙ Amendment of Schedule 5 (Restricted Areas) 5. Schedule 5, Part 2 (at the end)— insert—

The land within the following blocks and sub-blocks is included in the restricted area— Block Sub-block 481 y, z. 553 d, e, h, j, k. 554 a, f, g. other than land outside the boundaries delineated on Commonwealth Department of Administrative Services Plan No. NY 207-008 (Sheet 7) held in the office of the department. ‘Restrictions that apply ‘2. Restriction 1 applies. ‘Restricted Area 292 Mitchell River Block Identification Map 22 sub-blocks ‘Land included in restricted area ‘1.
