2 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 13) No. 427, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 13) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 5 January 1994. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 5 (Restricted Areas) 4.(1) Schedule 5, Restricted Area 19, clause 2— omit, insert— ‘Restrictions applying to part of restricted area ‘2.(1) This clause applies to land in the restricted area in the following blocks and sub-blocks— Block Sub-block 3216 h, j, k, n, o, p, s, t, u, z. 3217 f, l, m, q, r, w, x. 3289 b, c, g, h, j, m. ‘(2) Restriction 1 applies. ‘(3) Restrictions 1(3), (4), (5) do not apply to coal. ‘(4) An application must be referred to the Primary Industries Corporation. ‘Restrictions applying to remainder of restricted area ‘3.(1) This clause applies to land in the restricted area (other than land mentioned in clause 2(1)).

(2) Schedule 5, Restricted Areas 278 to 289, clause 2— omit, insert— ‘Restrictions that apply ‘2.(1) Restriction 1 applies. ‘(2) However, restriction 1(3) does not apply to land specified in a tender for an exploration permit for coal made under the Tender Documentation for the Central Queensland Coal Exploration Land Release (Stage 2). ’.
