2 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 10) No. 320, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 10) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.7.9 (Rental payable on mining lease) 3. Section 7.9(2)(a)— omit, insert— ‘ (a) the holder of a mining lease that was due for renewal before the commencement of the Act applied before the commencement for a renewal of the lease; and. ’.
