1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 2013 .

3   Amendment of s 16 (Partial surrender reports and partial relinquishment reports—Act, ss 141 and 194)

Section 16(2), examples of standard industry-recognised scales, from ‘1: 1,000,000’—
omit, insert—
