s1 2 s4 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 1) No. 45, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. Section 4(2) commences on 2 November 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990 . ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Restricted areas) 4.(1) Schedule 4, part 2— insert— ‘ Restricted Area 298 Normanton Block Identification Map 391 sub-blocks ‘ Land included in restricted area ‘ 1.
