s1 2 s4 Mineral Resources Amendment (No. 1) No. 136, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Mineral Resources Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 3 May 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Mineral Resources Regulation 1990. ˙ Amendment of Restricted Area 143 4.(1) Restricted Area 143 (heading)— omit ‘136’, insert ‘83’. (2) Restricted Area 143, section 1— omit, insert — ‘Land included in restricted area ‘1.(1) The land in the following blocks and sub-blocks within 50 m of the centre line of the Rockhampton Branch Gas Pipeline between Larcom Creek and Rockhampton Gate is included in the restricted area— Block Sub-block 2814 z. 2815 v. 2886 e, j, k, n, o, s, t, y, z. 2887 a. 2958 d, e, k, p, u. 2959 l, q, v, w. 3031 a, b, g, h, m, n, s, t, y. 3103 d, e, k. 3104 f, l, m, r, s, x.
