AN ACT to amend the Mine Workers' Relief

Act,. 1932.

{Assented to 19th November, 1973.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Mine short title

and citation.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Mine Workers' Relief Act, 1932-1973.

in receipt of benefits under this Act, is not required to maintain contributions to the Fund while he is in receipt of benefits from the Fund under this Act.

(2) All contributions paid to or retained by the Fund before the commencement of the Mine Workers' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1973 in respect of a person while he was in receipt of benefits under the Act may be retained by the Fund. .
