His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Mines Subsidence Compensation Act 1961.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the contributions payable by the owners of certain colliery holdings to the Mine Subsidence Compensation
