Miller and Murphy

In *Miller and Murphy*, heard by Judge Brown, Mr Miller sought permission to use a report prepared by Child and Family Consultant Ms B in intervention order proceedings against him in the Tanunda Magistrates Court. The application was filed on 23 February 2016.
