Milk Authority (Amendment) Ordinance 1983

An Ordinance to amend the Milk Authority Ordinance 1971

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Milk Authority (Amendment)

Ordinance 1983}

5. Section 21E of the Principal Ordinance is repealed.

Commencement

2. This Ordinance shall come into operation on such date as is fixed by the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government by notice in the Gazette.

Principal Ordinance

3. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Milk Authority

Ordinance 1971}

Repeal of section 21A

4. Section 21A of the Principal Ordinance is repealed.

Repeal of section 2 IE

Application of moneys

6. Section 21F of the Principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) "The" and substituting "Subject to section 63E of the Audit Act 1901 in its application to the Authority, the"; and

(b) by omitting sub-section (2).

Repeal of sections 21G, 21ll and 21.1

7. Sections 21G, 21H and 21J of the Principal Ordinance are repealed.
