AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Milk Authority	Ordinance 1971-1972,
as amended by the Milk Authority	Ordinance 1973.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under

the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1972.

MILK AUTHORITY ORDINANCE (No. 2) 1973

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Milk Authority

Ordinance (No. 2) 1973.*

(2) Section 1 of the Milk Authority Ordinance 1973 is amended

by omitting sub-section ( 2 ) .

(3) The Milk Authority Ordinance 1971-1972 , f as amended by the

Milk Authority Ordinance 1973* and by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Milk Authority Ordinance 1971-1973.
