AN ACT to amend section thirty of the Milk Act,

1946-1970.

[Assented to 10th December, 1971.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Milk Eucrgleon.

(2) In this Act the Milk Act, 1946-1970, is ==ali„,

referred to as the principal Act. October, 1968 as amended by Act No. 27

of 1970.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Milk Act, 1946-1971.

2. Section 30 of the principal Act is amended, as

to subsection (4A), by substituting for the passage

5 commencing with the words "four in number", in

line five, and ending with the words "the greater",

in line eight, the passage "such number, or propor-

tion of the total treatment licenses issued or to be

issued, as is prescribed".
