AN ACT to amend the Milk Act, 1946-1948.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1952.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Milk Act

Amendment Act, 1952.

(2) In this Act the Milk Act, 1946-1948,

Act No. 27 of 1946 as amended by Acts Nos. 18 and 74 of 1947 and 41 of 1948,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Milk Act, 1946-1952.

amended. 2. Paragraph (j) of section sixty-one of the

principal Act is amended by deleting the words "twenty pounds" in lines three and four and sub- stituting the words "an amount recommended at least once annually by the Minister and approved by the Governor".
