HERERS it is expedient to amend an Act, No. 9, of 1854, " To

Organize and Bstnblish a Militia Force in South Australia," in the particulars hereinafter mentioned-Be i t therefore Enacted by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province of Soutli Australia, with the itclvice and consent of the Legislative Council and liouse of -4ss~nrbly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assernblcci;
