1  Name

This instrument is the Military Superannuation and Benefits (Eligible Members) Amendment Declaration 2018.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

  This instrument is made under paragraph (f) of the definition of eligible member in subsection 30(1) of the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991, as it continues to apply under item 4 of Schedule 4 to the Defence Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2005.
