The MILITARY SUPERANNUATION AND BENEFITS BOARD OF TRUSTEES NO. 1 makes this Determination under paragraph 3 (1) (c) of the Trust Deed made under Part 2 of the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991.

Name of Determination
This Determination is the Military Superannuation and Benefits (Delayed Payment of Benefits) Amendment Determination 2005 (No. 1).
Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
Amendment of Military Superannuation and Benefits (Delayed Payment of Benefits) Determination 2004
Schedule 1 amends the Military Superannuation and Benefits (Delayed Payment of Benefits) Determination 2004.
Transitional
The amendments made by Schedule 1 apply in relation to an ancillary benefit that:
(a) became payable, and was paid, before the commencement of this Determination; or
(b) became payable, but was not paid, before the commencement of this Determination; or
(c) becomes payable on or after the commencement of this Determination.
