Military Superannuation and Benefits Declaration (No. 2)

I, JOHN FAULKNER, Minister for Defence Science and Personnel, make the following Declaration under the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991.

Citation

               1.   This Declaration may be cited as the Military Superannuation and Benefits Declaration (No. 2).

[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991 s. 49 and Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48 as applied by s. 46A.]

Interpretation

               2.   In this Declaration, unless the contrary intention appears:

“Act” means the Military Superannuation and Benefits Act 1991.

Eligible members

               3.   For the purposes of paragraph (f) of the definition of “eligible member” in subsection 30 (1) of the Act, the following persons are eligible members:

             (a)   A.J. Williams, Corporal, Service No. A510033;

             (b)   L.R. Cardy, Corporal, Service No. A510270;

             (c)   G.A. Keating, Corporal, Service No. A321070;

             (d)   B.R. Kerr, Corporal, Service No. A126126;

             (e)   R. Brook, Corporal, Service No. A126253;

              (f)   P.A. Cooke, Corporal, Service No. A510243;

             (g)   R.N. Brooker, Corporal, Service No. A230465;

             (h)   L.M. Wallace, Corporal, Service No. W126525;

              (i)   L.C. Horn, Corporal, Service No. A230058;

              (j)   J.R. Wilson, Corporal, Service No. W231165;

             (k)   R.E. Langley, Corporal, Service No. A126303.
