1              Name of Determination

This Determination is the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Warlike Service) Determination 2009/3.

2              Revocation of Military Rehabilitation and Compensation      (Warlike Service) Determination 2009/2

This Determination revokes the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Warlike Service) Determination 2009/2 dated 2 June 2009. 

3              Commencement

This Determination is taken to have commenced on 31 July 2009.

4              Warlike service

For paragraph 6 (1) (a) of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004, service in an operation specified in the Schedule is warlike service for the purposes of that Act.
